Gini Maya is the fiery creation of first generation Australian, Teruni Jayawickrama. This Melbourne-based, hand-made, small-batch chilli oil celebrates Teruni’s Sri Lankan heritage, bringing a brilliantly dizzying array of flavours with every drop. 

Gini Maya, which roughly translates to ‘fire magic’, is as versatile as it is delicious. You can drip it on your smashed avo, splash it across some rice or noodles, or risk completely confusing your senses, and drizzle it on some icecream. Go on, we dare you.
